Polymer Viewer

Polymer Viewer is an application to view polymeric structures from Crystallography Open Database (COD).

How it works

  • CIF files from COD were processed using cif_molecule and other tools
  • The web interface is implemented in Ada using AWS (Ada Web Server).
  • The application shows molecule view using JSMol with graph representations.
